Do you and your friends find yourselves returning to the same conversations about boundaries, relationships, guilt, or the sense that something in your lives needs more space and attention?
Would you like to spend intentional time together, deepening your connection with one another, while making sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your lives?
Embers & Earth is an eight-week facilitated space for women who want to slow things down and understand themselves more clearly, alongside people they already trust.
Maybe life looks “fine” from the outside, yet internally things feel heavier, more confusing, or harder to navigate than they used to. Often there’s a sense of self-doubt, over-responsibility, or niggling guilt about life not unfolding the way it was meant to.
This space is not about fixing yourself or rushing you toward change.
It’s about pausing long enough to:
Across eight weeks, through guided reflection, gentle somatic practices, and facilitated conversations, you’ll be supported to explore the experiences that have shaped how you relate, decide, and care for yourself without pressure to perform or disclose more than feels right.
The work unfolds slowly, with room for not knowing yet.
Once you’ve gathered your group of women: friends, sisters, partners, cousins, or colleagues (minimum 4, maximum 8), send me a message with a few possible start dates during the first or second week of a school term.
Groups are hosted online, so location doesn’t matter.

Week 1
We all carry stories about who we are, shaped by past experiences, family dynamics, and societal expectations.
Some of these narratives empower us, while others keep us feeling small. This week, we’ll begin untangling the unconscious stories that shape your choices and relationships.
Through reflection and guided discussion, you’ll start to separate the stories that serve you from the ones that don’t.
Week 2
We often find ourselves stuck in familiar emotional and relational cycles—choosing the same types of partners, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, or self-sabotaging just when things start going well.
This week, we’ll examine the underlying beliefs and past experiences that reinforce these patterns.
Week 3
Once we recognise our limiting beliefs, we can begin reshaping them.
This week is about learning to talk to yourself in a new way—one rooted in self-trust rather than self-criticism.
You’ll engage in practical activities—like value-identification exercises—that help you reclaim the narrative of your life and build a foundation of genuine self-worth.
Week 4
Awareness alone isn’t enough—we need action. This week, you’ll identify one specific pattern you’re ready to change and experiment with new ways of responding.
For example, if you’ve always said ‘yes’ out of guilt, you’ll practice setting a small but firm boundary. If you tend to emotionally shut down, you’ll try staying present in a conversation for a few moments longer than usual.
These micro-shifts create real, lasting change over time.
Week 5
Midlife often brings an unsettling realisation: the path you’ve been walking no longer fits, but you’re unsure of the way forward.
This week, we’ll reframe this transition as an invitation to rediscover what truly matters to you.
If you’ve spent decades prioritising others, we’ll explore what it feels like to centre your own needs and desires—without guilt. Through reflective exercises, you’ll begin crafting a vision for the next phase of your life that is led by curiosity rather than fear.
Week 6
As our journey together comes to a close, we’ll focus on integrating what you’ve learned so these shifts continue beyond the program.
We’ll create personalised “anchor” practices—whether that’s a journalling ritual, a somatic grounding technique, or a simple phrase to remind you of your growth.
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of self-trust and a clear intention for the road ahead, knowing that your transformation is only just beginning.
