A guided 3-hour outdoor circle designed to help overstretched women calm their nervous system and find a little relief from the overwhelm
If you’ve been craving a break from the noise
but don’t have time for a spa day,
and the last thing you need is another ‘productivity hack’
you just want space to breathe…
Mindfulness in Nature offers exactly that.
This is a small, guided outdoor experience for women who are carrying the weight of their own lives, and often everyone else’s, and would like to put it all down… just for a while.
Over three gentle hours, we’ll slow the pace right down.
You’ll learn simple grounding practices you can use in everyday life, experience your nervous system settling in real time, and have the opportunity to connect with other women who know what it’s like to be “fine” on the outside and a little frenzied underneath!
You’ll leave feeling steadier, lighter, and more resourced, because your body finally had room to settle. Imagine going home that afternoon more patient with your partner, less reactive with your children, and clearer about what you need next.
This isn’t a bushwalk. And we’re not meandering aimlessly amongst the trees.
It’s not a loose gathering where you’re left trying to make small talk or figure out what to do next.
Mindfulness in Nature is a fully facilitated, intentionally structured circle held outdoors.
We begin grounded and together: settling into the space, the land, and the group. Throughout the morning I lead carefully designed experiences that invite you to reflect more deeply on your life, your patterns, and what you’re longing for next.
There is space for:
– meaningful small-group conversations
– guided individual reflection
– intentional nature connection practices
– stillness
– tea
– laughter
and genuine insight into what else may be happening underneath the surface
You are held in a container that allows you to go deeper than you might on your own, while always remaining in control of what you choose to share.
This is gentle, but it isn’t superficial.
– At least three practical grounding tools you can use when stress starts to build (printed)
– A clearer sense of how to slow yourself down under pressure
– A tangible experience of your nervous system settling - not just the theory
– A deeper sense of connection, both to yourself and to other women
– A stronger sense of self-trust and self-understanding that comes from real, meaningful conversation
Women often leave surprised by how much can shift in three intentional hours.
And the shifts don't just last until the circle finishes.
You'll go home a little more patient.
Less reactive.
You'll notice when stress is building and have some tools to help deal with it.
Your confidence will have improved a notch or two.
And perhaps most importantly, you'll remember you’re not the only one carrying what you carry.
You’ll also receive a small, carefully curated gift to take home with you - something that supports the practices we explore together and reminds you to keep slowing down long after the morning ends.
Because this isn’t just about our three hours together...
It’s about what continues afterwards.
"This experience helped restore me and left me feeling calm and at one with nature. The group was so well run.”

-You don’t need any prior experience with mindfulness. I guide you every step of the way. And this isn’t about “emptying the mind” or trying not to think - it’s about gently noticing what else is happening alongside your thoughts.
-You don’t need to be “good at sharing.”
-You don’t need to know anyone attending.
-You don’t need special clothes. You don’t have to be all “zen", I’m certainly not. Just come as you are.
-You’re always free to participate at your own pace, and you’ll never be pushed beyond what feels right for you.

“A beautiful day spent connecting with nature, remarkable women and myself… helping the group develop the trust needed to be vulnerable and share from the heart.”
