For women who need someone to listen...
For women who need someone to listen...
Is something not sitting right?
Perhaps you can’t put your finger on it exactly, but you know you’re not really okay.
Maybe you're snapping more than you mean to.
Maybe you’re realising how often you overthink, people-please, and second-guess yourself.
Maybe you just want to feel some kind of peace - inside your head, your body, your relationships.
It might or might not feel like everything's falling apart
But what you do know is that you have been holding too much, for too long, and it’s showing up in ways you can’t ignore anymore.
This is where therapy begins.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t need a perfect explanation for why you feel the way you do.
You just need a space to lay out all the confusion, the regret, the pressure, the ache.
That’s what I offer.
I work with women who’ve spent years being the one holding it all together and keeping the peace....
…women who now find themselves overwhelmed, shut down, or quietly burning out.
…women who are ready to get curious about why things feel so hard - and what it might look like to do things differently.
This is the kind of work that honours how long you’ve been carrying it all, and helps you figure out a new and more empowering step forward.

In our sessions, we’ll gently explore:
🌿 Why the same relationship patterns keep showing up -and how to shift them
🌿 What it actually feels like to feel safe, calm, and at home in your own skin
🌿 How your early life shaped your reactions, coping ability, and self-worth
🌿 Where you’ve been giving too much and receiving too little
🌿 What it might mean to want more — and finally allow yourself to have it
You’re not broken. You’re not “too much.” And you definitely won't be the only woman I've met who feels this way.
You don’t need to perform or pretend here.
You just need to show up. Messy, tired, unsure -all of you is welcome.
If you're ready to stop holding it all alone and start making sense of what’s really going on, I’d love to walk alongside you.
In person, or via Zoom. It's up to you.
We meet in green spaces or on the beach. It's up to you. Nature therapy offers a unique space where healing can unfold in ways that a traditional office will rarely match. The calming environment makes it easier to release pent-up emotions and talk openly, allowing your feelings to flow without the constraints of a four-walled room.
Counselling from the comfort of home.
Whether you're always on the go, travelling, or simply feel best in your own space, online sessions make it easy to get the support you need—wherever you are.
A soulful, reflective program for women in midlife ready to untangle old stories, reclaim their voice, and step into a life that feels like their own.
It’s where emotional fatigue gives way to personal power, self-trust, and quiet transformation.
These events are perfect for you if you crave deeper connection, opportunity for reflection, and a space where you can just be yourself for a few hours without anyone demanding something of you.
If you'd like to stay in contact and hear more about the outdoor therapy I offer in Newcastle and Maitland and other therapist musings, I'd be honoured if you'd sign up for my Midlife Musings email list. It's a gentle space that I use to reflect and share resources, and you would be MOST welcome!
No Spam. I don't send emails out more than once a week (unless I am promoting one of my Mindfulness in Nature groups, Women's Groups or book clubs).
