It's hard to decide who to work with when you've been trawling through a bunch of websites with all kinds of therapists offering themselves up for your consideration, especially when you're not even sure what it is you're looking for ... you just know that you need to talk to someone, that its time for something to change...
Whether or not my work is right for you is something only you can decide. I can't 'fix' you (you're not broken, believe it or not) and I'm not a 'healer', but what I can do, and do very well, is listen. Because you have a story to tell. One that is no doubt full of tragedy, triumph and everything in between. That story tells us what has shaped you and offers us glimpses of a potential future that right now, might seem impossible to imagine.
The work we do together is about possibility and hope. It's about giving you a chance to speak and be heard and to tend the parts of you that have long been neglected.
