Welcome to The Threshold

A gentle beginning for women ready to explore their early life experiences  — without diving straight into 1:1 therapy.

The Threshold  is a six-week, therapist-led group designed for women who are beginning to question how their early experiences have shaped their present lives. It's a space for those who sense there's more beneath the surface but aren't quite ready for individual therapy.

Through guided reflections, somatic practices, and shared conversations, you'll start to uncover and understand the patterns that have been quietly influencing your relationships, self-perception, and choices.

Who is this for?

This group is for women who:

  • Feel a persistent sense of "something's not quite right," even if they can't pinpoint why.

  • Have begun to wonder if their childhood experiences were more impactful than they've acknowledged.

  • Find themselves stuck in familiar patterns — people-pleasing, self-sabotage, emotional shutdown — and are ready to explore why.

  • Are seeking a supportive community to begin this exploration, without the intensity of one-on-one therapy.

There are 10 spaces available.

NOt everyone is ready for 1:1 therapy - and that's ok. THere is another way...

What to Expect

Pre-Group Preparation (Self-Paced):

Before our first live session, you'll receive:

  • A thoughtfully designed workbook to guide your reflections.

  • Two short videos introducing key concepts and practices.

  • Gentle exercises to help you begin tuning into your inner world.

This self-paced preparation ensures you feel grounded and ready to engage with the group.

(Please make sure I have your email address )

Complementary Private Facebook Group -

There will be additional resources posted regularly for anyone who would like to utilise them.

Week 1: How You Learned to Be Good.

Week 3: What Safety Has Looked Like for You

Week 1: How You Learned to Be Good.

Before you even had language for it, you were receiving messages about what was okay to feel, what made you “good,” and what parts of you needed to be quiet.

This week, we gently begin noticing those early messages… and whether they still feel true.

Week 2: The Role You Took On

Week 3: What Safety Has Looked Like for You

Week 1: How You Learned to Be Good.

Whether you became the caretaker, the achiever, the easy one, or the invisible one - chances are, it wasn’t by accident.

This week, we explore how those roles helped you survive… and how they may still be running the show now.

Week 3: What Safety Has Looked Like for You

Week 3: What Safety Has Looked Like for You

Week 4: When the Past Leaks Into the Present

We all find ways to protect ourselves - even if they don’t look like “protection” from the outside.

This week is about gently noticing how your body, mind, and relationships have adapted to help you feel safe - and whether those strategies still serve you.

Week 4: When the Past Leaks Into the Present

Week 4: When the Past Leaks Into the Present

Week 4: When the Past Leaks Into the Present

Sometimes we catch ourselves reacting in ways that surprise us - with our kids, our partners, or even with ourselves.

This week, we explore how old experiences can quietly shape our relationships today, and how to meet that awareness with compassion, not shame.

Week 5: The Closeness You Crave (and Resist)

Week 4: When the Past Leaks Into the Present

Week 5: The Closeness You Crave (and Resist)

Even when we long for deep connection, closeness can stir up discomfort- fear, shame, the urge to pull away or shut down.

This week, we explore how your earliest relationships shaped your ability to be open, receive love, and stay connected without losing yourself.

Week 6: Holding Yourself Differently

Week 4: When the Past Leaks Into the Present

Week 5: The Closeness You Crave (and Resist)

In our final week, we bring it all together.
You’ll be invited to reflect on what you’ve uncovered, what’s beginning to soften, and how you might begin offering yourself more care, choice, and gentleness moving forward.

Being held and witnessed by a group of women who get you is powerful.
